The food was good and the location was BEST POSSIBLE. Had a safe, a minibar, and central heating in my triple room.

The hotel is excellent and great, in a good area next to Sheba Amer bus stop near Haram and Marwa. The rooms are perfect and comfy for the value paid. The facilities are perfect, and overall, it's a nice experience to stay there.

we liked spending 3 nights here. the hotel was amazing, had amazing views and best possible location not far from the bus stand, and ajyad which is much better as compare to ramadan 2023. central heating, a private safe and flat-screen tv were available in our triple room. a tub was fairly clean and everything was superb. the personnel was very supportive.

The hotel apartments were mind-blowing! The rooms were super spacious and had all the necessary amenities like towels, shampoo, soap, an iron, and an ironing board. The proximity to Mina was jaw-dropping, allowing us to easily observe Arafat and Mina during Hajj. It only took us 20 minutes to reach the Haram. We had an INCREDIBLE time completing Umrah twice and will definitely visit again insha'Allah. Alhamdulillah!

We were able to check in early and there was parking available on site, the room was a good deal and the staff were very well-trained, and it's a great location near barber shops and Makkah.
